About Me

With a rich and diverse career spanning three decades, I have honed my craft as a Graphic Designer while fostering the next generation of creatives as an educator. Over the past thirty years, I have mastered the art of visual storytelling, bringing ideas to life through captivating designs. For the last eight years, I have had the privilege of teaching High School Graphic Design, Photography, Art, and Yearbook classes, sharing my passion and expertise with young minds.

My proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications is second to none, and I hold Adobe Professional certifications in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Visual Arts. This technical prowess allows me to quickly troubleshoot any challenges that arise, ensuring a seamless creative process.

Teaching has taught me invaluable lessons. I’ve discovered a profound love for guiding and inspiring others. The classroom has also been a place where my problem-solving skills have thrived, as I've navigated various technical issues and embraced new design techniques. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the importance of continuous learning and adaptation in the ever-evolving world of design.

While the demands of teaching have limited my recent opportunities to create my own designs, I am eager to dive back into personal projects and apply my skills in fresh, innovative ways. My approach to design is deeply collaborative. I believe in the power of effective communication and active listening. Understanding my clients' needs and guiding them towards the best design solutions for their company is at the heart of what I do.

Whether in the classroom or the design studio, my goal is to create meaningful, impactful work that resonates with audiences and stands the test of time. I look forward to bringing my experience, passion, and creativity to your projects.
